My female Chihuahuas as of 2019
I have not updated this website for a long time so I am just getting back to it. After my husband passed away in 2011, I just didn't do much with my dogs or web site for a long time... I will start with the oldest girls first.
Below is little "Sassy", Dogwood-Lane Sassy Lil One LC, out of Woody of Tryme and Creamella of Tryme, neither of my breeding, Creamella was sired by Ch. Davishall Dustbuster. But first a couple pictures of her father Woody at about 10 years old. Then little Sassy, she is about 4 1/2 # and sweet and gentle. Sassy's son Zorro is a Champion in 2018, and I showed her daughter Tammy, for several years.
Next and below is Dogwood-Lane Sweet Sara Jane (Jane) again unrelated to my dogs. She is a full sister to Woody, she isn't show quality but is very sound and healthy and has a wonderful strong set of correct teeth! When bred to my original male Chigger, just before he passed away, she had Quanita who I would have shown if she had any interest in it...
And below is Dogwood-Lane's Chiquita Quanita (Quanita), who is an deep dark chocolate, also very outgoing, playful, fearless and intelligent, so much so she takes no interest in food or toy baiting in the ring (tho at home she fetches and loves toys) and wants only to watch everything else going on, like the ceiling fans and other dogs... and since I only show one day a month she wasn't likely to get bored with it all the new things. But she has had very handsome puppies!
